In this episode, I talk about the victim mentality most of us (including me) wake up too. These day to day tips will help you add magic, intention and visualization into your daily practice so you aren’t getting kicked out of alignment – just out of your comfort zone.
- Go to bed excited about the following day – plan something that makes you feel anticipatory about the upcoming magical Wednesday (Or whichever day is heading your way.)
- Set reminders on your phone with positive affirmations
- Look yourself in the mirror when you wash your hands and say “I love you” on repeat until you’re done
Remember, this phase of negativity attacks can be temporary if you stay on top of it. You’re closer to the other side than you think!
